Mayonnaise risked losing its place on the menu as people are using mayonnaise incorrectly, a term we coin “mis-mayonnaising” Something needed to change, aussies needed a course correction.

'So we created the Responsible Service of Mayonnaise (RSM), a course to teach people how to correctly use mayonnaise, and reduce mis-mayonnaising nationwide. This involved venue certification along with an in depth guide about how to use mayonnaise.
